READ AND AGREE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Monthly Range Membership

In consideration of the purchase of a monthly membership you agree to the following teams and conditions:

• Range safety rules, firearms and ammunition policies
• 6 (Six) Month Minimum Membership Obligation / Commitment
• Monthly Renewal Date
• Maintain an up-to-date credit card on file
• Cancelation Policy
• Termination or Suspension of Membership
• Legal Notice

Commitment – You will be registered for a monthly subscription when you check out that does not expire until you cancel. Minimum cost of this monthly membership commitment is $34.95 multiplied by 6 for minimum total of $209.70. If you do not agree to this minimum monthly membership fee spread out over 6 (SIX) months – DO NOT PURCHASE. Maybe a six month or annual membership is better.

Renewal Date – You will be charged monthly five days prior to your monthly anniversary renewal date.

Maintain Credit Card On File – You are responsible to maintain an up-to-date credit card within your Indy Arms Company website profile.  To Login – Click Here If you can not figure out how to update your credit card online please come into the retail store and speak with our range check in or training coordinator or our general manager.  We understand that credit cards fail for many reasons like insufficient funds, lost or stolen or canceled and reissued credit cards, but it is still your responsibility to provide Indy Arms Company with a valid credit card on file prior to your next billing cycle to process your monthly credit card obligation.  In the event your credit card fails to auto renew your monthly payment(s) we will attempt to process once.  You may or may not be contacted that your credit card failed and or that we attempted to contact you to correct the failed credit card processing attempt.  All failed credit card process attempts will incur a $20.00 per transaction attempt service fee billed to your credit card on file and or your Indy Arms Company customer account without prior authorization.

Cancelation Notice – You can only cancel a membership obligation once you have met the minimum monthly obligation, minimum monthly memberships are 6 (Six) months, that are in good financial standing.  You must submit in writing, 15 days prior to the monthly renewal date, your request to cancel your membership by sending an email to training@indyarms.com. You can not cancel your membership obligation by canceling your credit card and or dispute the credit card charge(s).

Early Termination or Suspend Agreement – In the event you need to terminate your monthly membership obligation prior to meeting the minimum monthly requirement you can pay off the remaining months / balance of your agreement with no penalties. Active Duty Military Personal – In the event that you deploy to serve our country Indy Arms Company will terminate your monthly membership obligation without penalties – please email your official orders to training@indyarms.com. Please call and speak with the training coordinator or store manager to terminate a membership.

Legal Notice – Your obligation to uphold this agreement is important and Indy Arms Company takes your commitment serious as we provide a service and expect to be compensated accordingly for providing such services.  In the event your account carries an unpaid balance for 60 days your account will fall into default.   Once your account is in default you will continue to be billed your obligatory monthly commitment until the account is made financially whole or a judgement by the court is rendered.  Indy Arms Company may sell this debt obligation to a debt collection agency or may file a lawsuit in small claims court.

Law and Court; Attorney fees. Any and all disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or relating to the Agreement or for the breach or validity of any term or provision of this Agreement, shall be resolved exclusively by Marion County Small Claims Court of Indianapolis, Indiana.  Any person found to be in default and or require legal action may be banned from using any Indy Arms Company facility including the shooting range and training classes without notice.

All memberships are non refundable.
