Indy Arms Company commits a variety of financial and other resources to secure your seat in training, so we ask that you please provide at least 72 hour notice if you are going to be unable to attend a scheduled class for which you have registered. Indy Arms Company has the following policies in place regarding training class cancellation and rescheduling:
STUDENT CANCELLATION:
• Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of class will not be eligible for a refund, but the student may choose to either be rescheduled into another occurrence of that class, or have a credit issued to their in-store account to be used toward another training class within 90 days.
• Rescheduling will be allowed ONE TIME without any additional fees; further rescheduling of the same ticket will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the course tuition.
• Some courses will require other specific cancellation periods, which will be listed in the course description.
• If a student “no-shows” (fails to appear for a scheduled class without providing advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling), their course tuition will be forfeited in its entirety.
FACILITY CANCELLATION:
• If, for any reason, Indy Arms Company deems it necessary to cancel a class, we will notify all registered students as promptly as possible via email and/or phone.
• The student will have the option to be rescheduled into a future offering of that class, receive an in-store credit for use toward future classes, or receive a full refund.
